My friends and I took our young children here for a weekend stay and a visit to Santa’s village! It was the perfect location just 10 minutes away from Al the food and restaurants we had hoped to visit as well as Santa’s village. The property was very clean and had a very cozy homey vibe. Our kids really enjoyed this cottage and we will definitely be returning! The beds were comfortable and the check in and check out was very simple and inviting. Looking forward to the next visit.

We loved staying at Avonne’s cabin! We brought our kids out for a last minute Thanksgiving trip and the cabin had everything we needed to cook a great meal and enjoy cabin living. The cabin is beautiful - the tall ceilings make it feel extra spacious. We used the fireplace for cozy movie night and the outdoor fire pit for making s’mores. Running springs is a cute town close to big bear with cute cafes and some fun hiking. Avonne was very accommodating and responsive - a great host! We hope to come back to the cabin again!

We had an incredible stay at this cabin!! The mountain views were stunning and the home itself was beautifully maintained, fully stocked with utensils, and thoughtfully labeled, which made everything easy. The bathrooms felt spa worthy and the master bedroom was so gorgeous it felt like a honeymoon suite. We booked last minute (just three days) before our trip and a snowstorm hit the same day, but Avonne made sure everything was ready and in perfect condition. When we needed help with the key, she responded immediately. Her communication and care gave us total peace of mind. It was the perfect cozy ski weekend filled with cards, big breakfasts, and mountain views. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!!

Heavenly Cottage Springs in Running Springs was honestly such a good stay. It’s perfect for a girls trip, and I already know I’m bringing my family next time because this is about to become a tradition for us.
The house feels newly updated, super cozy, and the real wood fireplace actually works which made the whole place feel extra special. The host thought of everything. Cotton linen bedding, “Native” brand shower products, plenty of towels, and the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. Plus the throw blankets in the living room were a whole vibe, we were posted up like we lived there.
Location wise, it’s so convenient being right between Lake Arrowhead and Big Bear, so you can bounce around without feeling stuck. Running Springs is seriously underrated too. The community is cute, there are good food spots nearby, and we even did some thrift store shopping which was such a fun little bonus if you’re into that. Also, the price compared to other listings around there!

Had a wonderful time staying here. It felt so nice to be away but still not far from LA. Whoever curated this property knows what they are doing! This was the perfect place to come and relax with my family and enjoy the fresh air. ALSO theres an apple tree in the backyard!! I got to pick my own apples for the first time, and they were delicious. The host was so thoughtful and helpful with suggesting local food spots and activities. We will definitely be back!!
